Sound mode
To enjoy in standard mode
While the disc is playing, press the STANDARD
button.
" " appears in the display of the unit.
To enjoy in virtual mode
While the disc is playing, press the VIRTUAL but-
ton.
" " appears in the display of the unit.
To enjoy in stereo mode
While the disc is playing, press the STEREO but-
ton.
Notes:
In the standard mode, you can change the dynamic sound to "MOVIE", "MUSIC",
or "NIGHT".
Some discs are recorded at 96kHz of sampling frequency. When this type of disc
is played, the sound mode is changed to "STEREO" automatically. The sound
mode cannot be changed during its playback.

To enjoy with dynamic sound
Example: Dolby Digital 5.1ch While the disc is playing, press the DYNAMIC SOUND button.
Each press of this button changes the mode in the order of "MOVIE"
"NIGHT".

Press the STANDARD button to restore the normal surround sound.
Example: Dolby Digital 5.1ch
Note:
The sound mode is changed to "STANDARD" by pressing the DYNAMIC SOUND but-
ton while in the stereo or virtual mode.

The bass level is increased for powerful sound effect.
You can enjoy lively sound by producing the articulate sound.
Soft but powerful sound is achieved even at low volumes.
