On the playback control screen, various settings can be changed at the same time.

To change the setting on the playback con-
trol screen

While a disc is playing, press the PLAY CONTROL button.

Press the or button to select the item, and press the ENT but-
ton.
Example: DVD
1 Title number
2 Chapter number
3 Elapsed play time
4 Subtitle
5 Angle
6 Audio language
7 Gamma
8 Super picture
9 BITRATE indicator (unchangeable)

Press the , , or button to change the setting and press the
ENT button.
Example: Gamma is selected
(The number of repetition depends on the setting item.)
To change other settings, begin from step 2.

Press the PLAY CONTROL button.
The setting is memorized and the playback screen reappears.
Notes:
Some items may not be selected depending on the type of the disc.
If the RETURN button is pressed while selecting an item or setting, the previ-
ous screen appears.
To select items directly, use the following buttons.
(Refer to pages 33 - 34 and 39 - 41 for details.)
