Phone if the number is a public telephone network number.
Office ext. if the number is an office extension number.
5. When the name and number are saved, press Done.
Tip: Quick save. In standby mode, key in the phone number,
press Options and select Save. Enter the name and press OK,
approve the phone number with
number type.

Searching for a name

1. Press Names and select Search
2. Either press List to access the list of names, or key in the first
character or more of the name you are searching for and press
Search.
3. Scroll to the name you want.
4. When the desired name is highlighted, you can call the default
number. Pressing makes a phone call and pressing and holding
the PTT key makes an express call. Note that express calls can only be
made to TETRA network numbers.
If multiple numbers have been saved for the name and you want to
call one of the other numbers, first press
number you want to call.

Organising the phone book

Numbers and text items added to a saved name

To add phone numbers or text items to a name in the phone book, first
enter the list of names, scroll to the name to which you want to add a
new number or text item and press Details. Press Options, select
number or Add text and select one of the number or text types. Enter the
number or enter the text and press
To edit a name, a number or a text item, search for the name you want
to edit and press Details. Scroll to the name, number or text item you

OK and then select the correct
