It is best to use dark baking tins.
Always place the cake tin on the wire grill.
If you are baking food on several baking trays, one
after another, close the oven door immediately after
removing each tray. This ensures that the heat does
not escape from the oven and you will conserve
energy.
The temperature and baking time depend on the
amount and type of the mixture. This is why ranges"
are given in the tables. You should try to use a lower
temperature setting to start with, since this allows more
even browning. If necessary, use a higher temperature
setting the next time.
Condensation may form on the inner pane in the oven
door as a result of the high moisture content created
when cooking using f Conventional Baking. Steam
escapes when you open the oven door.
