*6 This feature alerts you when new answering messages have been recorded (page
36).
The message indicator on the handset flashes until you have listened to all new
messages.
While message alert is on, battery operating time is shortened (page 13).
*7 If you set the line selection mode from "Auto" to "Line1" or "Line2" (page 15),
the auto talk feature will function for that line only. If the other line receives a call,
the auto talk feature does not function.
