Registering a Group

If you want to send the scanned data to multiple destinations/storage loca-
tions, you can register them as a Group. The registration is done in the fol-
lowing steps.

At maximum, 100 groups can be registered.

Select the [SCAN] tab.

Press the [Group] key.

In the initial settings, the Select Desti-
nations/Storage Locations screen (E-
Mail) is displayed. For information on
the initial settings of the SCAN tab,
contact your administrator of the copi-
er.

Press the [Register] key.

If the Group is already registered, the
Name is displayed.
On how to edit/delete the registered
destination, contact your administrator
of the copier.
