Registering the HDD

If you want to store the scanned data on the internal HDD, you need to reg-
ister boxes on the internal HDD.The registration is done in the following
steps.

Details
For E-Mail/FTP/HDD/SMB, destinations can be registered as many as
500 in sum.

Select the [SCAN] tab.

Press the [HDD] key.

In the initial settings, the Select Desti-
nations/Storage Locations screen (E-
Mail) is displayed. For information on
the initial settings of the SCAN tab,
contact your administrator of the copi-
er.

Press the [Manual Address] key.
The Manual Address screen ap-
pears.

Details
If the Box No. is already registered, the
Name is displayed.
In the initial settings, such index keys as [A-C] and [D-F] are displayed.
On how to edit/delete a registered Box No., contact your administrator of
the copier.
