A 4" (102 ram) outlet hood is preferred.
However,
a 21/2 '' (64 mm)

greater
back pressure
than other hood types. For permanent
installation,
a stationary
vent system
is required.
Connect Vent
1. If connecting
to existing vent, make sure the vent is clean.
2. Using a 4" (102 mm) clamp, connect
vent to exhaust
outlet
in dryer.
Vent Collar
NOTE: Do not remove vent collar.
4. Make sure the vent is secured
to exhaust
hood with
a 4" (102 ram) clamp.
5. Move dryer into final position.
Do not crush or kink vent.
Make sure dryer is level.
