Opening the Transmission Unit
Push the cover latches in the
direction of the arrows.
Open the transmission unit.

Installing the Ink Cartridge
(Follow this procedure for black and color cartridges). Make sure the
machine is turned on. Open the transmission unit.
To exchange an ink cartridge
pull the green lock lever up to
open the cartridge lock and
then take the old cartridge
from the machine.
