Appendix B: Viewing via UPnP in Windows

When the UPnP function is enabled, the camera can be detected by UPnP compliant system such as
Windows XP. The camera will be displayed in My Network Place, so you can double clic k the camera
or right click the camera and select "Invoke" to view the video through web browser.

Windows XP

This device is an UPnP enabled device. If the operating system, Windows XP, of your PC is UPnP
enabled, the device will be very easy to configure. Use the following steps to enable UPnP settings only
if your operating system of PC is running Windows XP.
Go to Start Settings, and Click Control Panel
The Control Panel will display on the screen and double click Add or Remove Programs to continue
