OUTSIDE BACK EXHAUST
(Horizontal Duct)
INSTALLATION OVERVIEW
B1. Prepare Rear Wall
B2. Remove Exhaust Adaptor
Ba. Attach Mounting Plate to Wall
B4. Prepare Top Cabinet
B5. Adjust Blower
B6. Mount tile Microwave Oven
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Make sure tile screws for tile
blower motor and blower plate
are securely tightened when
they are reinstalled. This will
hel t) to prevent excessive
vibration.
• Make sure tile motor wiring has
been properly routed and secured,
and that tile wires are not pinched.
[-_ PREPARING THE REAR WALL
FOR OUTSIDE BACK EXHAUST
You need to cut an opening in tile rear wall for
outside exhaust.
• Read tile instructions on tile
REAR
WALL TEMPLATE.
• Tape it to tile rear wall, lining up with tile
holes previously drilled for holes A and B
in tile wall plate.
• Cut tile opening, following tile instructions of tile
REAR WALL TEMPLATE.
I-_ REMOVE EXHAUST ADAPTOR
This microwave oven is shipped assembled for top
exhaust. You will need tile exhaust adaptor for
installation in tile rear wall opening. To remove
tile exhaust adaptor fl'om tile microwave oven:
[]Remove tape securing damper.
[] Raise damper flap. [] Slip tile damper

[]Remove and save tile screw that holds tile blower
plate to tile microwave. Lift off tile blower plate.
