    BASIC LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: ELECTRICAL • 120 Volt 60 Hz 15AMP Fuse or Circuit Breaker • Individual branch circuit serving only the washer is recommended. • The washer is equipped with a power cord. NEVER USE AN EXTENSION CORD. GROUNDING ELECTRICAL GROUND IS REQUIRED ON THIS APPLIANCE.

    Avoid The Possibility Of Water Damage: • Have Water Faucets Easily Accessible • Turn Off Faucets When Washer Is Not In Use. DRAIN FACILITY Recommended height of the standpipe is 18". The drain hose must be routed through the drain hose clip to the standpipe.

    IMPORTANT TO INSTALLER Please Read The Following Instructions Carefully Before Installing Washing Machine. These Instructions Should Be Retained For Future Reference. Remove The Door From All Discarded Appliances To Avoid The Danger Of A Child Suffocating. STEP 1 Important • If washer will be installed on basement or 2nd floor, remove the shipping bolts AFTER finishing the move.
  • Page 7 STEP 3 INSTALL THE WASHER Place the drain hose in the drain facility. Be sure an airtight connection is NOT made between the drain hose and the standpipe. Standpipe must be at least 18" high. NOTE: If drain standpipe is in excess of 5 feet above floor level, a drain hose extension kit (Part #12002482) will need to be installed.

    Important • Keep the leg extension at a minimum to prevent excessive vibration. • Tighten all 4 leveling leg lock nuts using the enclosed spanner. • Keep the spanner, shipping bolts and spacers for future adjustment and or machine relocation.
