� Register Expires: register expire time, default is 60 seconds. AT840 will auto
configure this expire time to the server recommended setting if it is different from
the SIP server.

reliable transmission of provisional responses (18x).

� Prefer Codec: Select a preferred codec for all calls. (G711u/G711a/G729/
G722/G723/G726-16/G726-24/G726-32/G726-40/Lin16-16)
However, the actual codec used in a call still depends on the outcome of the codec
negotiation protocol.
� User Prefer Codec Only: Only use the preferred codec for all calls. The call will fail
if the far end does not support this codec.
� DTMF Tx Method: select the method to transmit DTMF signals to the far end:
Inband, rfc2833, INFO. Defaults to RFC2833.

� Message Waiting: whether to prompt if there is a voicemail.
� Voice Mail Number: if you set voicemail number, then you can just press the
voicemail key to auto dial voicemail number then enter voicemail box.

� UDP Keep Alive Enable: Enabel UDP keep alive, to detect if the server is still
available.
UDP Keep Alive Intvl: Set expire time of the keep alive UDP.
