CPU Operating Speed:
This option sets the CPU speed. Different CPU brands use different
techniques to indicate the CPU speed. For example, AMD and Cyrix use P-
Rating.
In this field, the CPU speed is indicated like this: CPU speed
clock x multiplier factor)
