FRONT ARMS AND FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER
INSTALLING THE FRONT ARMS AND
FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER
1.Install:
Front arms
G
Front shock absorber
G

Installation steps:

Install the front arm (upper)
(lower)

NOTE:
Lubricate the bolts

grease.
Be sure to position the bolts
G
bolt head faces outward.
Temporarily tighten the nuts
G

Install the front shock absorber
Nut
:
45 Nm (4.5 m • kg, 32 ft • lb)
G
Install the ball joints.
Nut
:
25 Nm (2.5 m • kg, 18 ft • lb)
Nut
:
48 Nm (4.8 m • kg, 35 ft • lb)

Install the new cotter pins.

Tighten the nuts
NOTE:
Before tightening the nuts
a to 324 mm (12.8 in).
