The display of all information related to home
automation features (outside temperature, consumption
indication, etc.) requires an "activation" phase from the
RADIO TYBOX (see the home automation features
section).
During the
AUTO
,
or
modes, press the
button repeatedly to find out:
• the room temperature or the set-point
temperature (depending on the configuration
during the installation)
If your thermostat displays the temperature of the room

Home automation features
The RF 640 and RF 650 receivers allows you to
associate up to 8 home automation products (door/win-
dow magnetic contact, alarm control centre, remote
controls, etc.) with the RADIO TYBOX.
To associate the different products, refer to the RADIO
TYBOX installation guide.
Activating the RADIO TYBOX
The receiver (RF 640 or RF 650) instantaneously takes
into account all information coming from a home
automation product (e.g. an open window).
To display this information on the RADIO TYBOX, the
RADIO TYBOX must be "activated" by pressing a
button.
The update can take a few seconds.
Home automation features
With a TYDOM telephone transmitter
By calling the TYDOM telephone transmitter, let the
synthesized voice guide you to determine or modify the
status of the heating system (see the TYDOM
transmitter instructions).
Troubleshooting
The purpose of this section is to help you quickly solve
the most common problems that you may encounter
with your product during use.
If you're unsure, or if the problem persists or isn't in
this list, contact our customer service department.
Nothing is displayed on the room unit screen.
There is no power supply.
Check the batteries.
The unit is in time setting mode.
You took too much time in changing the batteries.
Set the time. All other settings have remained unchanged.
When setting the time, there is no option to set the day.
RADIO TYBOX is set to daily programming.
To switch to weekly programming, refer to the installation guide
(menu 1-01) or contact your installer or our customer service
department.
When creating a program, the

appear on the screen.
Program changes were not authorized during installation.

The temperature displayed does not match the
temperature measured in the room (thermometer).

temperature settings are limited (comfort: 16 to 22°C,
Economy: 13 to 19°C, Frost Protection: 5 to 11°C).

Replacing batteries

When the battery level symbol appears, you have
around 1 month to change the batteries
(two 1.5 V alkaline batteries, LR03 or AAA).
The following precautions must be respected:
- Ensure that the +/- polarities are correctly placed
when the battery is fitted into the unit.
- Do not dispose of used batteries in unauthorized
places (you should respect the environment by taking
the batteries to a suitable collection site).
- Do not recharge the batteries.
- You have approximately 30 seconds to change the
batteries before the time is reset to zero
(if this happens, reset the date and time).
