6) Dial t he P BX e xtension n umber.
The G ateway r ecognizes t he p refix o f t he H ost ( i.e. 1 ) a nd t he c all i s r outed t o t he I P P BX.

The V oIP²ALL G ateway c an c onnect t o S IMs i n b oth t he i nternal a nd e xternal S IM S ervers. A n e xternal
SIM S erver c an b e a S IM S erver u nit o r a nother G ateway w ith a S IM S erver p rogram.
When t he G ateway n eeds t o r egister S IMs f rom t he S IM S erver, i t c onnects t o t he S IM S erver w ith
port 2 008 a nd r equests t he d ata o f t he S IM. T he d uration o f t he c onnection b etween t he G ateway
and t he S IM S erver i s l imited t o t he t ime t hat t he G ateway i s r egistered w ith a S IM f rom t he S IM
Server.
