OPERATING THE CLUBTRACK 510/612 TREADMILL

ERROR CODES

If the controller finds a fault in the system, it displays an error code (example:
"CONFIG REQRD"). If an error code appears, turn the circuit breaker off, and then
back on to restart the system. If the error code appears again, record the code,
then turn off the treadmill and call a StairMaster-trained service representative
(see section "Troubleshooting").

1-MINUTE AUTO RESET

An automatic reset feature ensures the treadmill is ready for the next user. If you
do not start the walk belt within one minute after entering exercise values or
after pressing Stop Belt, the controller automatically resets the elapsed time and
distance to zero and displays the opening screen.

VIEWING MAINTENANCE INFORMATION

The total time and distance the treadmill has been used can be viewed under
Maintenance Information. This information can help you schedule treadmill
maintenance and check treadmill usage.
To view maintenance information:
1.
Press [Speed:+], [7], [0], [ENTER]. The number of the logged
error is shown in the upper right corner of the screen. The error
code is shown in the middle of the screen
Press [Speed: +], or [Speed: -] to scan through individual error
codes.
Press [CLEAR] to exit the error log.
Press [Speed: +], [4], [0], [ENTER]. The controller will display the
machine run time in hours since last cleared.
