Exhaust Restrictor Extender (for rear vent configurations only)
• Follow the directions below to install the exhaust restrictor extender.

Measuring Vent Lengths

Vent Height is calculated to
the top of the vent on
horizontal terminations and
to the top of the termination
on vertical terminations.

Remove these two screws
on the exhaust restrictor.
Use the screws to attach
the extender to the
exhaust restrictor.
Vertical Elbow
NOTE:
When a horizontal elbow (90° or 45°) is
used, horizontal length is the sum of the
two lengths (H1 + H2).
