CAUTION
"
When returning the seatback to its
original position, make sure
seatback is securely locked
pushing forward and rearward on
the top of the seatback. Failure to
do so will prevent the seat belt
from operating properly.
"
Make sure the top strap is securely
latched, and check that the child
restraint system is secure by push-
ing and pulling it in different direc-
tions. Follow all the installation in-
structions provided by its manufac-
turer.

Lower anchorages for
Systems equipped with hook or buckle
type attachments are installed in the
front passenger seat.
The anchorages are installed in the gap
between the seat cushion and seatback of
the right side of the seat as shown in the
illustration.
Child Restraint Systems equipped with
hook or buckle type attachements can be
installed using these anchorages. For such
systems, it is not necessary to use the
vehicle seatbelts.
