A vent damper is provided to allow fine tuning
of the draft. Too little draft will cause flames to be too
long with black tips and too much draft will cause
flames to be short and blue.
To adjust the damper, burn the unit on High 0
minutes or more. Adjust the vent damper to a posi-
tion in the ranges listed below that produces the most
desirable flame pattern.
