TUNER MODE

Viewing RDS information
If an RDS station is being received, the frequency briefly appears in
the display followed by the station name and the radio text (TEXT)
as ticker text.
Note:
This is provided that in the jog menu at »
the »

Press »DISPLAY« on the remote control.

– The programme type appears in the display (PTY):
2 Press »DISPLAY« on the remote control again.
– The waveband and the frequency appear in the display.
3 Press »DISPLAY« on the remote control again.
– The current RDS time appears in the display provided it is
transmitted by the station.
Press »DISPLAY« on the remote control one last time.

– The station name is displayed continuously.
Programme types (PTY)
Press and hold down »PTY« on the remote control.

– Display: the current programme type, e.g. »
Select the programme type, for example, »

pressing »
3 Press »PTY« briefly to start the PTY search.
– Display: the programme type you are searching for and

– When the station with the programme type has been found,
the search stops.
4 Press »PTY« briefly to stop the search.
