SATELLITE RECEIVER
Recording television programs from the
satellite receiver

Select the channel position »AV« on the television for the
video recorder.

Insert a cassette with enough playing time and the erase-
protection tab intact into the tape compartment of the video
recorder.

Switch on the satellite receiver and select the required sta-
tion.
4 Press »
To start recording, press » G« and briefly hold it down.

Recording – controlled by a satellite
receiver
If a satellite receiver is connected to the
socket on the video recorder, and the receiver has a switch
timer, you can use it to control video recording.

Insert a cassette with enough playing time and the erase-
protection tab intact into the tape compartment of the video
recorder.

Switch off the video recorder by pressing » «.

To prepare recording stand-by, press
it down.
– Video recorder dispay: » A S r « and the current time.
– The video recorder is in recording stand-by mode. Recor-
ding is controlled by the satellite receiver.

Exit the function by pressing
Note:
You cannot select this type of recording if you have already
programmed recordings using the » TIMER« menu.
