Setting Your Target Zone
The Target Zone - Your watch will provide both
a visual indicator (by flashing the heart rate
digits) and an audible alarm (beeping) if your
heart rate is above or below your target zone.
The "TZ" indicator with the "TZ HIGH" or "TZ
LOW" will indicate if your heart rate is above
or below the set target zone respectively. The
beeping alarm can be turned on or off by
pressing and holding the
seconds (indicated by the " " on the display).

button to go back to the
Interval Timer or the
SET/STR/STOP button
to proceed to Target
Zone Set-Up.
Note: If you want to use the built-in EZ-Set
Target Zone of 65-85% of your max, set only
your age and skip the following steps by pressing
the SET/STR/STOP button.
