Problem
The oven is not heating
up
The oven lighting is not
operating.
In the clock display
there appears a fault
code that is not listed
above
If you are unable to remedy the problem by following the above
suggestions, please contact your dealer or the Customer Care De-
partment.

Warning! Repairs to the appliance are only to be carried out by quali-
fied service engineers. Considerable danger to the user may result from
improper repairs.

If the appliance has been wrongly operated, the visit from the customer
service technician or dealer may not take place free of charge, even
during the warranty period.

Advice on cookers with metal fronts:
Because of the cold surface at the front of the cooker, opening the
oven door during (or just after) baking or roasting may cause the glass
to steam up.

Possible cause
The oven is not switched on. Switch the oven on.
The clock has not been set.
The required settings have
not been set.
The oven's safety fuse has
been tripped.
The fuse in the house's elec-
trical wiring (fuse box) has
been tripped.
The oven light bulb is faulty. Change the oven light bulb.
Fault in the electronics
Remedy
Set the clock.
Check the settings.
See Safety cut-out.
Check the fuse. If the fuses
trip repeatedly, please call an
authorised electrician.
Switch off the appliance via
the house fuse or the safety
switch in the fuse box and
switch it on again.
If displayed again, please
contact the Customer Care
