ENABLE TO THE REALTIME CONTROL ANY OF TRACKS NOT USED BY THE SONG
Press twice one of the function button relative to a non active track. The track

starts blinking
Play on the keyboard. The sound currently assigned to the active track is now

controlled by hte keyboard.
Press the same key once again. The track is turned off and is no longer ac-

tive
If your Song or MIDI File contain the Lyrics track (the text of the song), you can have them displayed both
to on an external monitor, and to wk1000 display. In this way you will be ready to sing in Karoke style. If
you wish to do so on the display, proceed as follows:
Select the song (or MIDI fi le) and press the START/STOP button to start the
playback
Press the LYRICS button to enable the Karaoke function (led ON)
The display will show the lyrics in the fi rst two rows. If you wish the Lyrics to be displayed by o an external
monitor, or by a domestic TV set, follow the instructions below very carefully.
Connect the RGB cable supplied with the keyboard to the TV SCART connection, wk1000 is set by de-

fault to communicate with European PAL Standard video device. To communicate with American NTSC
standard, it is necessary to set the VIDEO SELECT MODE in the MIDI/GENERAL mode to NTSC .
If your TV-set features a S-VHS connection, use the S-VHS connector (not supplied) with wk1000.
Please Refer to the "MIDI/GENERAL" chapter, or to the "Connections" paragraph in Chapter 2 for
more details.
Scroll to page 3 in the MIDI/GENERAL section and set the "TEXT LYRICS" function to ON using the

TEMPO/DATA keys.
Turn the TV to the AV channel

Please refer to the instruction booklet of your TV set to select AV channel. If you are using an external
monitor, it should normally be set to AV channel.
Select the desired Song (da 111 a 117)

Press the PLAY/STOP key to start the selected Song
