Basic Operation
Fishing Mode Options
General Bottom brown/blue background; 50% ping
Use speed
Shallow Bottom brown/white background; best for depths
Water less than 100 feet
Fresh Bottom brown/white background; 50% ping
Water speed
Deep Deep Blue; 50% ping speed; 50kHz is primary
Water transducer frequency
Slow Bottom brown/white background; 50% ping
Trolling speed
Fast Bottom brown/white background; slightly lower
Trolling chart speed
Clear Bottom brown/white background; 50% ping

Brackish Bottom brown/blue background; higher ASP;
Water slightly lower chart speed
Cursor
The keypad moves the cursor around the display,
allowing you to scroll the map, select map items and
review sonar history (Elite 5 only). Press MEnU
and select Return to vessel to clear the cursor.
