Meat Probe
Ensures that the oven switches itself off as soon as
the temperature at the centre of a roast reaches a set
temperature.
The meat probe is best used together with the Con-
ventional (Top/Bottom heating), Fan Cooking and
Rotitherm functions.
There are two temperatures to be set:
– Oven temperature: see Roasting Chart
– Core temperature: see Meat Probe Chart

Important: Only the meat probe supplied may
be used. If replacing, please use only original
replacement parts.
1. Push the tip of the meat probe in as fully as possi-
ble, so that the tip is in the centre of the meat.
2. Insert the meat probe plug into the socket on the
side wall of the oven,

3. Press the Oven Function
