Operating the MENU The menu may contain camera angle, spoken language, subtitle option and chapter for the title. 1. Touch the screen during playback. The setup screen displays on the screen. 2. SUBTITLE Touch the “SUBTITLE” button during playback. If the disc contains multi-subtitle languages, you can change to a different subtitle language during playback. The menu item changes. • Longitude : The angular distance east or west on the earth's surface, as measured in degrees from the meridian of a particular point to the prime meridian of Greenwich, England. • Speed : The rate of movement, as expressed by miles or kilometers per hour.
Route overview mode You can check information about the route between your current location and destination. Go mode Drive in accordance with the screen and voice information. This option also displays on-screen instructions whenever the system is in Go mode. Here, you will learn how to interpret the various information presented to you on the screen, and how to customize the display of guidance information.
Route calculation starts automatically. The “ROUTE OVERVIEW” screen displays on the screen. - Refer to the page 24 for details. (Route Overview mode) Changing the map scale ZOOM ZOOM The current map scale is indicated by the map scale indicator toward the bottom left of the unit.
Navigation operation (Destination menu) Modifying the destination menu DEST The “DEST” button helps to set various destinations for path search and guide. You can search for destination by using functions such as Address, POI, Intersection, phone number or previously stored set points such as Marked Point as destination. This menu also provides emergency menus for set destinations such as Hospital, Police Station, Dealership.
Selecting the state name Some of the maps contain state information. 1. If the address you are looking for is in a different state, touch “STATE” button. 2. Touch the desired item from the list. (STATE LIST) 3. When the state is selected, you need to select a destination by entering a part of its name or house number.

Previous Dest. (Previous destinations) The “Previous Dest.” is a convenient list of places that you have routed to in the past. Up to 20 previous destinations are stored in the list, and you can register or delete particular listings at any time. To set a route back to one of these listings, all you have to do is to select it from the list.
My favorite location If your home location is registered, the route home can be calculated by a single touch of the Home button from the menu. Also, you can register 5 favorite locations, such as your workplace, as your favorite location, and the route is calculated in a similar way.
