RANDOM OR SHUFFLE PLAY
Plays all the tracks in random order.
1. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button and wait for a while.
2. Press the CD Mode button till 'RND' appear in the display during playing.
3. The display will show the first track the player select.
4. Press the skip button to skip the next random song.
5. To stop the function, press the CD Mode button once more or press the Stop button.
THE ANTI-SKIP MEMORY FUNCTION
• If in use, the player is likely to receive shocks or vibrations (i.e. whilst walking or in a
moving vehicle), The ANTI-SHOCK function is active to provide uninterrupted play-
back when power on.
• As soon as the PLAY/PAUSE button is pressed, "ESP" will flash on the display and
the function is initialised. When "ESP" stops flashing, the memory buffer is full.
• Should the player receive shocks for more than 45 seconds continuously in CD play-
back or 120 seconds in MP3 playback, the sound can mute for a very short while and
will resume once the player has stabilised from the shock.
• To disable ANTI-SHOCK Function, press ESP button (5) once.
Notes:
• When using the Anti-shock function, the disc will rotate faster than normal playback
and memory is active. Only use the ANTI-SHOCK function when necessary to pre-
serve the battery life.
• The Anti-shock function will not correct the errors arising from the use of defective
scratched or dirty discs.
• IMPORTANT! During MP3 playback, the ANTI-SHOCK function is always ON
and this function can not be disactivated.
SEARCHING SONG BY NAME
Direct Search by Character
• Push "ESP/DIR NEXT" button, the "ABCDEF" indication appears in display and Al-
bum (directory) search mode is activated.
• With "SKIP
"ABCDEF". If ;you want another character for example, T or Y then you can use
"STOP" button or "PLAY" button to choose another character set.
• When you have selected the first characters of the album title, then push "SKIP
button, then the character is fixed for your Album search.
• You can select 2 or more character with same method which is discribed above .
• When you fixed the characters then push "MODE" button twice. Then the first letter of
the song title will blink.
• By pushing "SKIP
• When finished selecting the song you want, then pushing "SKIP
song will play.
How to correct when you made a mistake selecting character?
• When you finish selecting the character and if you want to correct it, then push "MODE"
button once.
• Then "<-" marking will appear next the character you selected.
• Push "SKIP
character again.
Directory (album) Search
• Push "ESP/DIR NEXT" button twice. Then "01 001" will appear in 3'rd row in display.
"01" means album (directory) and "001" is file name.
• With "STOP" and "PLAY/PAUSE" keys, you can select the directory.
• When you finished searching directory, then push "SKIP
