This motherboard has an IEEE 1394 controller and two IEEE 1394 ports onboard. The IEEE 1394 provides data transfer rate up
to 400Mb/s, and USB just has 12Mb/s. Hence, the IEEE 1394 interface can connect with the devices that need high data
transferring performance, such as digital camera, scanner or others IEEE 1394 devices. Please use the proper cable to connect
with devices.
