What to do if ...

Fault
The oven does not heat.
The oven light does not come on. The bulb has blown.
If you are unable to remedy the problem
by following the above suggestions,
please contact your local Service Force
Centre.
Warning! Repairs to the appliance are
only to be carried out by qualified serv-
ice engineers. Considerable danger to
the user may result from improper re-
pairs.
If the appliance has been operated in-
correctly, the engineer's visit will be
chargeable, even during the warranty
period.
Advice on cookers with metal
fronts:
Because of the cold surface at the front
of the cooker, opening the oven door
during (or just after) baking or roasting
may cause the glass to steam up.
Possible cause
The oven has not been switched
on.
The required settings have not
been made.
The domestic electrical protection
device (fuse) has been tripped.
Top heat grill heating element in-
serted incorrectly.
Bottom heat grill heating element
inserted incorrectly.
Remedy
Switch the oven on.
Check the settings.
Check the fuses or protection de-
vices.
If these are tripped repeatedly, you
should call a qualified electrician.
Top heat grill heating element in-
serted correctly.
Bottom heat grill heating element
inserted correctly.
Replace the bulb.
