• Do not rock the card from side to side; press the
card straight down into the slot.
• Don't force the card. If you encounter a lot of resis-
tance, pull the card out and check the connectors
and slot for damage or obstructions, then try insert-
ing the card again.
• Once the card in place, gently pull on it to see if it is
properly connected. If the card stays in place and the
terminals on the gold connectors are barely visible,
the card is properly connected.
3. Secure the card in place with the screw you removed
in step 5.
