OPERATING FAULTS
Electrical equipment
– The wipers do not work.
– The wiper does not stop.
– Direction indicators flashing more
quickly.
– The indicator lights do
not work.

CAUSES
Wiper blades stuck.
Broken windscreen wiper fuse.
Blown rear screen wiper fuse (intermit-
tent, permanently stopped).
Motor fault.
Faulty electrical controls.
Blown bulb.
On one side
– blown bulb,
only:
– faulty earth connection,
On both
– fuse blown,
sides:
– faulty flasher unit.
WHAT TO DO
Free the blades before using the wipers.
Contact a RENAULT Dealer.
Replace it.
Contact a RENAULT Dealer.
Contact a RENAULT Dealer.
Replace the bulb.
Replace the bulb.
Find the earth wire which is attached to a
metallic part, scrape the end of the earth
wire and reposition carefully.
Replace it.
Replace; contact a RENAULT Dealer.
