Set up Real Time Communication

User can "talk" with the device client (vehicle driver) anytime by dialing the number if necessary.
The client status is generally monitored, tracked and managed by back-end server. If there is any sudden issue happened
or the client needs assistance, user can call the number of the device to talk with the client directly.
This command allows client to answer the incoming call manually, automatically or hang up the call and send latest GPS
data to the assigned route.
Setup format:#「User Name」,「Password」,「Function Code」, 「Answer Mode」*
Command: #username,0000,8,1*
Note1: A microphone is required for real time communication. The incoming call will be cancelled automatically if the
microphone is not connected.
Note2: Anyone can call the number of the device for communication. But only limited administrators of Security Phone
Number list are allowed to have real time communication if the Security Phone Number list is set.
Note3: For voice poling mode, THE DEVICE will automatically disconnect the incoming call and then transmit current data
to the server or assigned route at once. If the route is set to SMS mode, it will transmit current data to the phone that you
