    Software Installation When you connect your Omni 56K USB Lite to the USB port of your computer, the Windows Plug and Play function of the operating system detects if its driver has been installed. If the driver has not been installed, Windows starts an installation wizard.

    3.3.1 Data Function Physical Layer Capability The Omni 56K USB Lite is a high performance universal modem capable of transmission speeds up to 56/33.6 Kbps full duplex on a 2-wire dial-up line. Universal compatibility covers a broad range of ITU-T and BELL standards.
