FUNCTION AND DESCRIPTION
Dial s (numbers and options) that follow (see also S38.0,
S35.4). The options of s are listed as follows:
Digits for dialing.
Pulse dialing.
Tone dialing.
Pause for a time specified in S8. Remaining digits are dialed
as in-band DTMF (Dual Tone Multi-Frequency).
Return to command state after dialing.
Hook flash.
Reverse handshake (go online in Answer mode).
Wait for the second dial tone. Remaining digits are dialed as
in-band DTMF.
Dials the last-dialed number.
Dials the number stored in the Windows registry at location 'n.'
Command mode local echo of keyboard commands:
Echo off.
Echo on.
On/off hook control:
Hang up (on-hook) the modem or ISDN, same as 'ATH'.
Off hook the modem.
Display inquired information:
Display numerical product code, same as 'ATI.'
Display product information and ROM checksum.
Display modem link status report.
Display physical layer status.
Display channel response for V.34.
