Answering Calls When You Have an Audio-Only Call on Hold
Only audio-only calls can be on hold. Video calls cannot be on hold.
When you answer a call when you have an audio-only call on hold, your
phone displays two call appearances: one for the call on hold, and one for the
active call.
To answer an incoming call when you have a call on hold:

The following figure shows a video call and an audio-only call on hold.
If you want to create a conference between the call on hold (audio-only) and
an active audio-only or video call, scroll to either call, and then press the Join
soft key.
Answering Calls When You Have an Active Call
If you answer a call when you have a video call, a conference is automatically
created between yourself, the video call, and the call you answer.
If you answer a call when you have an active audio-only call, the phone places
the active call on hold, and the call you answer becomes the active call.
