Placing Calls When You Have an Audio-Only Call on Hold
Only audio-only calls can be on hold. Video calls cannot be on hold.
When an audio-only call is on hold, you can place a separate audio-only call or
video call without setting up a conference. When the call is placed, the phone
will display the call on hold and the active call.
