Note: Clear the Make pattern visible check box if you do not want the unlock pattern to
display on the screen when you draw it.
Use a PIN to Unlock the Screen
1. Touch Home
2. Touch PIN.
3. Enter a PIN, touch Continue, re-enter your PIN, and touch OK to save the setting.
Use a Password to Unlock the Screen
1. Touch Home
2. Touch Password.
3. Enter a password, touch Continue, enter your password again, and touch OK to save
the setting.
Important: To protect your phone and data from unauthorized access, Sprint recommends
using a screen unlock password (highest security). Sprint also recommends you
frequently change your password to ensure the safety of your phone and
personal data.
Disable the Screen Lock
1. Touch Home
2. Draw your unlock screen pattern, enter your PIN, or enter your password.
3. Touch None.

Automatically Lock

Set the delay time the screen lock feature activates after it goes to sleep.
1. Touch Home
2. Select the delay time to lock the screen.

Power Button Instantly Locks

Activate the screen lock feature by pressing the power button.
1. Touch Home
2. Select the Power button instantly locks check box.

Vibrate on Touch

Let the phone vibrate when you flick the key icon, draw a pattern or enter a PIN.
