(Type I)
1. Place the motorcycle on its center stand.
2. Raise the front wheel off the ground by
placing a support block under the engine.
3. Remove the speedometer cable ( ) by
removing the screw ( ).
4. Remove the front brake adjusting nut ( )
and remove the front brake cable ( )
from the brake arm ( ).
5. Remove the front axle nut cap ( ).
6. Remove the front axle nut ( ).
7. Remove the front axle shaft ( ), front
wheel and side collar.
