Connecting the Power Cord

CAUTION
Before plugging the printer into an AC outlet, make sure that the
rating indicated on the printer matches the voltage of the AC
outlet. Make sure the power switch is off.
To connect the power cord:
1. Plug the AC power cord provided into the power receptacle on the
back of the printer.
2. Connect the other end of the power cord to an AC outlet.
CAUTION
Do not knot or bundle the power cord during use.
Use of an extension cord is not recommended.
