DB9 Shielded Twisted Pair (STP)

1. Attach one end of the twisted-pair cable to the DB9 STP port on the
back of the printer.
2. Attach the other end of the cable to a wall outlet or another STP
Token Ring source.

RJ45 Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP)

1. Attach one end of the twisted-pair cable to the RJ45 UTP port on the
back of the printer.
2. Attach the other end of the cable to a wall outlet or another UTP
Token Ring source.
