Power Switch Location

The power switch is located on the top of the printer.
Off Position

Powering Up the Printer

After your printer is connected, do the following:
1. Turn on the printer.
2. Turn on any devices connected to your printer.
3. Turn on your computer.
4. The printer control panel will display the internal diagnostic tests
starting with:
and ending with:
5. If the installation is successful, the control panel will display
READY.
NOTE
If the installation is not successful an error message will appear.
Turn off the power and check the setup and installation again.
