2. CONFIGURING BASIC SETTINGS AFTER OS SETUP

2.2.2 Setting up the display language

In Windows Server 2008® R2 Standard, you can change the display language from the
one you selected at setup. When you change the display language settings, follow the
procedure below.
For information about the list of display languages you can select from, see "1.2.1
Preparing the setup".
1. If you are not logged on to the computer as an administrator, log on to the computer as
an administrator.
2. Click Start > Control Panel.
3. Under Clock, Language, and Region, click Change display language.
4. The Region and Language property window appears. In the drop-down list, select a
display language, and click OK.
5. A message is displayed to prompt you to log off. Click Log off now to log off.
This completes the procedures for changing the display language settings. After you log
back on, configure the following settings in the Region and Language property window.
