3.5.3 BASIC REJECT(BA_RJT)

The Basic Reject(BA_RJT) is used to notify the transmitter of a Basic Link Service
request frame that the request has been rejected.
No Reply Sequence is generated for the BA_RJT.
The Table 3-16 shows the payload of the BA_RJT.
