Problem
No signal found
No picture or sound
No responses to remote control Receiver off
Forgotten channel lock code
Forgotten menu lock code
The remote will not operate
FreeView
After moving your Recorder to The aerial feed may be routed via

cannot receive FreeView

Possible Cause
Aerial is disconnected
Aerial is damaged/misaligned
Out of digital signal area
Tuned to digital teletext channel
Handset not aimed correctly
Front panel obstructed
Handset batteries exhausted
The batteries in your remote control
need replacing
There is an obstruction blocking the
signal path between the remote
control and the receiver.
a feeder distribution box which will
prevent FreeView reception.
Top Up Tv channels requires
Conditional Access Module.
This feature is not supported
in this product.
Cut this information box out and

Check serial lead
Check aerial
Check with dealer
Retune to another channel
Plug in and turn on receiver
Aim handset at front panel
Check for obstructions
Replace handset batteries
