Handset layout
CID/ /VOLUME
• Press to review the caller ID log when the phone is not in use
(page 42).
• Press to scroll down while in menus or lists (page 12).
• While entering names or numbers, press to move the cursor to
the left.
• During a call or message playback, press to decrease the
listening volume (page 20 or page 54).
MENU/SELECT
• Press to show the menu (page 12).
• While in a menu, press to select an item or save an entry
or setting (page 12).
OFF/CANCEL
• During a call, press to hang up (page 20).
• While in a menu, press to cancel an operation, back up to the
previous menu, or exit the menu display (page 12).
• While the phone is ringing, press to silence the handset ringer
temporarily (page 21).
• Press and hold to erase the missed call indicator when the
phone is not in use (page 42).
Dialing keys
• Press to enter numbers or characters.
• Press to answer an incoming call (page 19).

QUIET
• Press and hold to set and turn on the quiet mode, or turn it off
(page 18).
• Press repeatedly to display other dialing options when
reviewing a caller ID log entry (page 43).
INT
• Press to initiate or answer an intercom call (page 27), or to
transfer a call (page 30).
