Each workout is divided into segments. One speed

During the workout, the profile will show your prog-

the current segment of the workout. The height of
the flashing segment indicates the speed or incline
setting for the current segment. If a different speed

to a stop.
If the speed or incline setting is too high or too low
at any time during the workout, you can manu-
ally override the setting by pressing the Speed or
Incline buttons; however, when the next seg-
ment of the workout begins, the treadmill will
automatically adjust to the speed and incline
settings for the next segment. Note: This will
change the workout (see step 4).
To stop the workout at any time, press the Stop
button. The time will begin to flash in the display.
To resume the workout, press the Start button or
the Speed increase button. The walking belt will
begin to move at 1 mph. When the next segment of
the workout begins, the treadmill will automatically
adjust to the speed and incline settings for the next
segment.
4. Change the workout if desired.
If desired, you can change the workout while you
are using it.
To change the speed or incline setting for the
current segment, simply press the Speed or
Incline buttons. At the end of the current segment,
the new speed setting or incline setting will be
stored in memory.
If desired, you can extend the workout when
you reach the end of the workout. To extend the
workout, follow the instructions in the matrix.
