position specified in assembly instructions.
• Always close LP cylinder valve and remove
coupling nut before moving LP cylinder from
specified operation position.
Safety Tips
Before opening LPcylinder valve,check thecoupling n utfor
tighthess.
Whengrill is notin use,tum offallconb'olknobsand LP
cylindervalve.
Nevermovegrillwhile in operationor stillhot.
Use long-handled barbecueutensilsand ovenmittsto avoid
bumsandsplatters.
Maximumloadfor sideburner and sideshelf i s 10Ibs.
Thegreasetray mustbe insertedintogrilland empf_ed a fter
eachuse. Do not removegreasetray untilgrillhas
completelycoded.
Ifyou noticegreaseor otherhot metedal d ripping_omgrill
ontovalve,hoseor regulator, t urnoffgassupplyat once.
Determine the cause, c orrectit, than cleanand inspectvalve,
hoseand regulatorbeforecontinuing. Performa leaktest.
Keepventilationopeningsin cylinderenclosure (grill cart)free
and clearof debris.
Do not store objectsor materials i nsidethe grill cart
enclosure that wouldblocktheflowof combustion airto the
undersideof eitherthe cobol panelor the firebox bowl.
Theregulatormay makea humming or whistlingnoiseduring
operation. T hiswill not affectsafetyor useofgrill.
Ifyou havea gnll problem seethe "TroubleshcctingSection".
Ifthe ragulator _ ests,turnoff grill and LPcylindervalve
immediately. This indicatesa problem with the cylinderandit
shouldnot be usedonanyproduct.Returnto supplied

• Puttingoutgreasefiresby closingthe lid is not
possible.Grillsare wellventilated forsafety
reasons.
Do not use water on a grease fire. Personal injury
may result. If a grease fire develops, turn knobs
and LP cylinder off.
Do not leave grill unattended while prehesting or
buming off food residue on HI. If grill has not been
regularly cleaned, a grease fire can occur that may
damage the product.
Ignitor Lighting
Donot leanovergrillwhilelighting.
1. Openlid duringlighting.
2. TurnON gassource ortank.
3. Toignite, t urnthe IGNITION BURNER knobto IGNITE_.
4. Push andholdELECTRONIC IGNITOR button.
5. Ifignition doesNOToccur within 5 seconds, tumtheburner
controlsOFF_), wait5 minutes, a ndrepeat lighting
procedure.
6. Ignite remaining _ mers byturning to HIGH_j), starting w ith
the burners closest to the IGNITION BURNER first.
If ignition still does not occur, follow match-lighting
instructions.
